I was satisfied with the technical work but I requested that my car be locked when not in the shop for the repairs. The passenger door window was wide open and all the doors were unlocked. Mo Zareef was an excellent car salesman that helped us. The car buying experience was very unpleasant since it took eight hours to complete the purchase and this was with our knowing the two cars that we h The car buying experience was very unpleasant since it took eight hours to complete the purchase and this was with our knowing the two cars that we had wanted to purchase walking into the dealership. We purchased two cars that the porter could not clean properly and we will have to go back to have them cleaned properly. Although the sales person knew many of the available car features, there were some that they did not know that would have been helpful to our purchase decision. We also have to take one of the vehicles back since it makes a noise when going in reverse. We did not enjoy the whole finance experience and process which included our sales person asking us financial questions in an open car showroom when there should have been privacy and this should have been done by the Finance manager.
