We gave 3 hours notice, and had a 2 hour drive. No one bothered to tell us in that time that the car was not even there. So, we had to waste a whole day waiting around for the car. We kept getting told things like, "oh we are going to send someone out to get it," and then the tune would change to "we are just going to wait till the guy brings it back at the end of the day." This flopped back and forth several times. We had several things we could have been doing if we were not being yo-yoed all over the place. Let alone if we were informed in the beginning so we would not drive down early that day. When we finally got to signing the guy was dealing with two customers at once so we were left sitting alone wondering what was going on several times. We do like the car we got. We were just upset with the service. More
