I came in for a recall on my Corolla. I was told on the phone it would be 2-3 hours for the service so I arrived at 9:00 am ready to wait for the car. Then they told me it was going to be all day. They had a courtesy driver take me home and told me another driver would pick me up once the car was done. Stuck at the house all day, finally got a call to come pick up the car at about 5:20 pm. I have no car, they had no driver so I was told they would pick me up the next morning around 8:20-8:30 am. Stuck in the house all evening. The driver didn't show up until 9:30 am. I finally got my car and about 1/2 way home I noticed grease or dirt of some kind on my passenger seat that wasn't there before. I called the dealership to tell them about it, left a message for Nick to call me back and told him what the problem was. He never called me back. I never got service like this at the dealership I used in Florida. I'm extremely disappointed in Jim White Toyota and will be looking for another dealership near me. One other thing, for some reason my car came up under Patrick Corlett. That is my ex husband's cousin. I bought my car new and it's never been in anyone's name but mine. The reason I'm telling you this is because the verification at the end of this survey came up with his name again. That needs to be fixed. More
