I paid for the maintance package when I bought the truck. When I brought the truck in last November they didn't realize I had the maintance package so not sure they did what was suppose to be done at that time also not being recorded on my service history online More

New Car Shane was very enthusiastic about selling cars. He was helpful in locating the exact model and color I wanted. Consistent quality service throughout the years. I came in today to check my options for the end of my current lease, and to no surprise I was met with the same quality of service that I have experie I came in today to check my options for the end of my current lease, and to no surprise I was met with the same quality of service that I have experienced over the years. Cara the sales person who helped me again was enthusiastic and excited to help me into my new lease even though she has a new position within the company since the last time I was in. She really took the time to base the purchase on my needs and went above and beyond the usual service. Her name should be Care instead of Cara! Not impressed I came in for basic oil change and tire rotation. The associate said 45-1 hour. It was more like an hour and half. While in the check in process, I I came in for basic oil change and tire rotation. The associate said 45-1 hour. It was more like an hour and half. While in the check in process, I asked about defective molding that broke away but Toyota has no solution but to say take it down the street. To another company. Lastly, associate made it sound urgent to get my brake pads and rotors replaced that day. I declined as these dealers often make it sound dire. The following morning, I got a second opinion and I will need brakes eventually bit not immediate. Km over this type of dealership and their tactics. More
