Although Gregg has been my primary service rep, Keith took my call on Tuesday, looked up the service I needed based on the last time in, made me an appointment for the next day at my request, offered courtesy transportation (II have benefitted several times from a loaner car- but was delighted just to get scheduled on such short notice !). Keith also set an honest expectation of how long the service would take. On Wednesday, Gregg greeted me personally, took my car in immediately (even though I was an hour late), and made a personal hand off to my courtesy driver. I added 2 work items , which he absorbed easily . As usual , the car was done when promised. As usual, Gregg called me when he said he would. The courtesy pickup driver arrived almost instantly. As usual, the bill was complete, accurate, exactly as promised . I’m expecting a call by Monday to let me know my last ordered part has arrived. I know I will hear from him . Thanks also to the agency for the coupons you mail me each month . This was a large service- meaning costly/ and I was able to take 15% off of a large bill. I’m grateful for that. I prefer to do all my service at the Toyota dealership, but affordability is an issue. My experience with you has consistently been responsive, helpful, complete and affordable. This kind of experience will keep me coming back! More

My new Honda Civic!! I have been a Honda customer for about 20 years. This is my fourth one. I wanted a black small Honda that was under 12,000. I could not afford a new v I have been a Honda customer for about 20 years. This is my fourth one. I wanted a black small Honda that was under 12,000. I could not afford a new vehicle at this time. I live in Detroit, Michigan and this dealership was not to far away. A black civic was just fine for me. It was located at a Toyota dealership. Honda makes a fine automobile. In the years that I have driven their products I have not been left stranded at the side of the road. I cannot fix things under the hood other than windshield wiper fluid. The Honda brand is very reliable, safe and dependable. Many thanks to Corey my salesperson and the Jim White Toyota team. I am so happy with my new pretty car! More
