I apologize that your bill was not explained to you when you picked up your vehicle. The ladies that work in the office do not have a clear understanding of the work completed on the vehicles, therefore they do not go over it. Please have them ask for the Service Advisor that assisted you when you brought the vehicle in or see the Service Advisor in the drive before you leave. They will be more than happy to go over the paperwork with you. I have also spoken with the Advisors and asked them to ensure that they have spoken to all of their guests before the vehicle is picked up.
