Matt Theisen took great care of us. Matt was very responsive, better than the 4 other salesman I was working with in Michigan. That's why I drove almost 2 hours from Michigan to buy my 2019 RAV4 XLE-PREMIUM. His knowledge of the car was by far the best of anyone I've ever worked with. I'm 73 years old & have purchased many cars over my lifetime & have never before filled out a survey but Matt deserves it for all the extra effort he put in. He even took calls & texts after hours.
