That's why I drove almost 2 hours from Michigan to buy my 2019 RAV4 XLE-PREMIUM. His knowledge of the car was by far the best of anyone I've ever worked with. I'm 73 years old & have purchased many cars over my lifetime & have never before filled out a survey but Matt deserves it for all the extra effort he put in. He even took calls & texts after hours. I'm no mechanic, but the amount of time seems excessive to me. Then the service personnel tells me to give them top ratings, only top ratings count on the review. If I'm going to give a fair and honest review, I should be encouraged to be honest. IDK, seems a bit shady to me. More
