After the purchase, we ran into a post-sale situation that turned out to be so sophisticated (I am a Michigan resident buying a car from a Ohio dealer). Jim White dealership sticks with me (thanks also to Jason Biedermann, the sales manager). Eventually it was resolved to our satisfaction. We have bought 3 new Toyota vehicles in the last 16 years.
