Service I was and always am very pleased with the service I receive. Yesterday, I did not have an appointment, as I was unaware of the new policy, however, I I was and always am very pleased with the service I receive. Yesterday, I did not have an appointment, as I was unaware of the new policy, however, I was accepted and was done by 8:28 or so. I was very happy! Disappointing The 1st time I bro my car in, the service was great. This time, they didn’t go over any findings, or lack of findings, before I left. I also asked that my trunk cover be put in place, because I couldn’t seem to do it, and that wasn’t done. Also, my name was called while I was in the restroom, (20 minutes before they said my car would be ready), and I was never paged again. I was in the waiting room an additional 30 minutes beyond the estimated wait time before I finally asked when my car would be ready. They were unapologetic and just said “well, we called your name.” Not good customer service in my opinion. I waited a total of 1 and a half hours for simple servicing. More
