Overall Good Experience Drove from a couple hours away to test drive two cars. Corey did a great job communicating with me to let me know the cars were still there and advertised correctly. He verified they were still on the lot the night before to make sure I wouldn't make the drive and find out the cars were sold. Test driving was a good experience and decided to make a purchase. Corey was helpful and polite through the whole process. Waiting for paperwork and financing was a bit slow but I guess that is probably part of the process for a car purchase. Once in the back financing office, things moved quickly but that is still my least favorite part of any dealer. Being offered extra warranty services and making it relatively unclear you can actually choose none of the presented options is disappointing. In my opinion this falls into the classic experience you can read about the finance offer of any dealer. Would give 5 stars overall without having to deal with those extra pressures. More

Eight days wait for an oil change Showed up at 9am for a 70,000 mile oil change and tire rotation, just like I have each 5,000 miles. Have only made an appointment when I had major service- each 30,000 miles. Had Keith(who is very nice) tell me soonest oil change and tire rotation was the following Friday at 7:30am. I don’t know about you, but oil changes are done everywhere, without an appointment. It’s a commodity. Toyota in Maumee has “express” oil changes, as does the Honda dealer next door to Jim White Toyota. This was my 14th oil change on this car, at Jim White, and I can promise it will be my last. I will still do major service here— I bought the car here and have no issue with the service department, but I will not make another 7:30am appointment eight days ahead of time. Management should figure out how to accommodate drop-ins. I probably passed ten places on my way home that know how to do this. It’s not that hard. More
