Thank you for your feedback, Mike! We appreciate it and this is how we improve. We switched to appointments for maintenance on January 1, 2018 because we were experience large volumes of walk-ins for maintenance. The volume was leading to our guests having to wait for two or more hours for an oil change and tire rotations. We want to respect our guests' valuable time and make their wait time as limited possible. When a walk-in does show up, if we can squeeze them in, we most certainly will. And often times, we can squeeze them if they are willing to have a longer wait. On the day in question, the Service Department were unable to squeeze you in.
