Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate you feedback and this is how we can improve. We switched to appointments for maintenance on January 1, 2018 because we were experience large volumes of walk-ins for maintenance. The volume was leading to our guests having to wait for two or more hours for an oil change and tire rotations. We want to respect our guests' valuable time and make their wait time as limited possible. It is still possible to walk-in, but there could be a longer wait time and unfortunately, Service cannot always accommodate walk-ins. We apologize for your long wait, we try to schedule appointments so that our guests do not have to wait for long periods. However, sometimes even the best laid plans do run according to plan. We will have a discussion with our Service Writers to ensure they are all nice and welcoming to our guests.

And often times, we can squeeze them if they are willing to have a longer wait. On the day in question, the Service Department were unable to squeeze you in.
