Recall work I scheduled with Caitlyn, asking for a date when a loaner would be available if repairs took longer than expected. We settled on a date and time. I arrived and the service department said the appointment was two days later. They squeezed me in, but it took nearly an hour and a half before they were done - twice as long as expected. While I appreciated their willingness to be flexible, I didn't appreciate the confusion. More
