A nice touch that shows he remembers his customers. The service technician brought me parts to inspect with recommendations which I agreed with. Professional throughout the sales process she additionally went the extra mile (91 to be exact) and drive the truck from Toledo to Detroit because my wife was I'll with the Flu !! I've bought over 40 cars in my life but this was a first. Can't recommend these people high enough. More
