2nd time the impact wrench mechanics striped my tire studs. it also happened a year earlier and each time I was charged for additional labor & parts to fix YOUR issue. Cody was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help us find the car that was perfect for our needs and was a “no pressure” sales person.
