Evaluating this initial experience now that it has been completed, I have to say that whatever amount of ‘apprehension’ I had beforehand was unnecessary. The product specialist we worked with couldn’t have been more pleasant, nor more professional. The experience was NOT what I expected. While we were introduced to, and met other dealership personnel, most of the (relatively) small amount of time we spent there was with the product specialist. He took great care in trying to determine what it was we wanted in the vehicle, and from there made suggestions and recommendations guiding us to a final decision, one that we felt very comfortable with. It was a pleasant experience. Throughout, they were respectful of the amount of time we were willing to spend attempting to make a final decision. More
