JAL responded

I had to pay over $160 for them to tell me that they would have to charge me $560 to figure out what was wrong with my car because the computer wasn't giving them any codes. And that was not FIXING it, that was figuring out what the problem is. It would be MORE to fix it. My brakes are making a groaning noise when the pedal is depressed even if the car is standing still or just turned on and not moving. I am concerned about a brake problem. So I am taking my car to another dealer.
