I called and made an appointment for my 14 year old awesome Rav 4…… Jimmy got me right in. He was courteous and I was out within an hour and a half. I brought my vehicle in because the air conditioner was not working. Luckily I caught it in time before we drove down to Florida. My only question is why wasn’t this caught in the inspection that was suppo not working. Luckily I caught it in time before we drove down to Florida. I like Jim White people, service. My car came back from a tire rotation missing a valve stem cap. No big deal, but sometimes it’s the little things. I service at Jim White because my service plan runs longer that way. Other than that, I have nothing holding me at Jim White for service. After my service plan is up. The service waiting area is nothing to brag home about either. Snacks, stocked drinks would help when it’s the end of the day and you are waiting an hour for a tire rotation. More
