The customer service my past 2 oil changes has been poor. I have had good experiences with Morgan and Luis in the past but have not had a good experience with JJ. I know you will need to replace air filters I have had good experiences with Morgan and Luis in the past but have not had a good experience with JJ. I know you will need to replace air filters but some how mine was broken. Not sure how that happens when the technicians are the only ones who have serviced my vehicle. Also, I know it is also the customer to understand the warranty but I also feel JJ should have informed me at my last oil change that my next service will be on me. Nobody likes a surprise of owing $100. More

We bought a new car for our teenage daughter from Jim White Toyota. Everybody we talked to were friendly and professional. Eric Nijakowski, our salesman was polite and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. White Toyota. Everybody we talked to were friendly and professional.
