Don Webb was amazing showing us the vehicles within our price range. He even waited for us to get something to eat for my mom whose sugar had dropped dramatically. I had an appointment for Recall Fox at 10am. I was told it would take 2 hours. At 1pm, I called and asked about status. I was told my truck was just being pulled in for service. I was told other I was told it would take 2 hours. At 1pm, I called and asked about status. I was told my truck was just being pulled in for service. I was told other vehicles had priority. Maybe I should have been told that, as they screwed my plans for the day. Terrible!!! Only gave 2 stars because of Mike Beutel’s customer service and they completed the job. More
