It is not our intention to make anyone feel this way. We are not price gouging, that is not how we do business nor would that practice be inline with our policy of transparency. We do charge $140 for diagnostic as we do have to pay the Toyota Certified Master Technician to perform a diagnostic. And unfortunately, inflation has created an increase in the cost of batteries. We understand wishing to take your business elsewhere. We hope one day, you will give us another chance, but understand.
