I took my prius into the service dept at 9am for my scheduled visit. I heard nothing so at 4:30pm I called and was told that they would call me back in 20 minutes with an answer of what was wrong with scheduled visit. I heard nothing so at 4:30pm I called and was told that they would call me back in 20 minutes with an answer of what was wrong with my car. I had 2 problems. One was tire noise and the other was a jerking feeling, hesitation or a misfire while driving. They call me back and tell me I need 2 rear wheel bearings and 4 new tires for a total of 2200 plus dollars. I asked why so much. They explained that it was 3.5 hours of labor per wheel bearing and the tires were going to be 450.00. I then asked what a bout the misfire/hesitation and they said "we couldnt duplicate the problem." So I told them I'd be there in 10 minutes to pick up the car and pay for my 115 dollar diagnostic fee. When I get there I go to the cashiers desk and ask to speak with the technician to better understand his quote. Nick, the guy I originally had scheduled with, is no where to be found so the cashier pages him over the loud speaker. Five minutes later he's still no where to be found so she pages him again. Again five minutes later he's not responding to the page. I decide to wander around the dealership to look for him myself and the whole time he was literally right around the corner laughing and joking with a couple salesman about who knows what. As soon as I ask him about the quote he gets an attitude like some tough guy. I pay and leave and on my way out told him that I. Was not happy with having to pay for an incomplete diagnostic. A few days go by and both my wife and I decide that it wasn't right about the way we were treated so I called back and scheduled another appointment with Morgan because I definitely didn't want to deal with Nick ever again. They told me they would have a technician ready to go for anridenwith me to figure out the problem. The technician agrees that he does feel the hesitation and that he would look into the cause. A little over an hour goes by and I get a call saying they suggest replacing the intake gasket for 836 dollars and go from there. I told them I'd be right there to pick the car up. As I'm getting into the vehicle to leave I notice the technician is standing close by so I asked him what he thought was wrong exactly. He starts off by saying it could be 50 different things and ges not going to spend all xxxxing day tearing it apart to see what's wrong. He explains that he only gets paid for the work he's does and it doesn't make any xxxxing sense for him to spend any more time on my vehicle. Excuse my language I'm just being exactly truthful of my experience. By the way I took my car to another automotive repair center and was charged for one hour of labor per wheel bearing and 350 for all four cooper 70000 mile tires and an alignment. My advice to anyone is to not let Toyota service center try to take advantage of you by ripping you off. More

New battery When my battery became very weak I checked prices and warranties at 2 other businesses and then Toyota. My battery didn't quite meet the warranty and they gave me a nice prorated discount on the new battery. I was very pleased with the service and the representative that helped me. More
Service was completed for recall ... the tire pressure light was on I thought they would fill the tires as a courtesy. I used to get back a clean car with a service but no car wash this time.
