Bob Pasquareelo was very friendly salesman, will definetely recommend them to my family and friends. I came back next day because I was missing a wheel cap, they replace it. I researched three types of cars I wanted three months prior to walking into any dealership. I visited three different types of dealerships... and had very different experiences at each... When I walke prior to walking into any dealership. I visited three different types of dealerships... and had very different experiences at each... When I walked into Jim Wynn I didn't feel overwhelmed... I was greeted by Andy. Needless to say Andy was amazing. I'm a very indecisive person but Andy was patient with me answering every question I had and explaining all of my options. He even helped me decide on the right color. (This was a big deal!) They have ALOT to choose from! I was able to tell him everything I wanted in my car that was important to me: Safety, Bluetooth, Satellite radio, ipod dock...sun roof etc... and he pointed me to the 2011 Jetta. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing the car or making a decision right on the spot. I felt like I could take my time and check everything out. When I decided to move forward with purchasing the car... (which was the same day) Andy was genuinely happy for me... They gave me a GREAT PRICE for my trade in and I was able to pick up my car the next day... The customer service didn't stop there... I went to pick up the car the next day and Andy showed me how to use everything in the car...the general use along with how to sync my phone, work the radio, mirrors, even down to scheduling my first maintance check up! Plus he checked up a week later to see how I was making out. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. I would recommend visiting Jim Wynn if you are looking for a Volkswagen or Volvo! I love my Jetta! More
