Shopping and Jim Wynn was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to the salespeople to the finance people. This is the 11th new car I've purchased over the years and this was the easiest and least hassle. Simo got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay quickly. Right away, he tuned in to each one of us, and attended thoughtfully to our different ideas and perspectives. He listened carefully, he questioned respectfully, he made suggestions wisely and he addressed our issues knowledgeably. He was not solicitous or pushy, and he seemed to really enjoy helping us to reach the decision that would genuinely satisfy us.
