I initially called and spoke with Susan Quilligan from sales, who, by the way, is an expert when it comes to personalizing the automobile buying experience. She made the appropriate inquiries (without being intrusive) which were truly needed to direct me to the right automobile. Susan was able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle I chose, while also pointing out features on the truck that I otherwise would not have known to ask about. All in all, Susan did a wonderful job, as she was the first person I encountered at Jimmy Britt. After Susan helped me find the "right" vehicle for me and my family, she introduced me to one of the Sales Managers, Mr. Aldric Smith, also known as AD AD and I had a great experience. As a mater of a fact, AD made sure I DID NOT experience all of the things I despise about buying a new automobile. There was no haggling, no four square, no feeling like someone was trying to rob or take advantage of me. AD presented me with a sales price that I was able to confirm was SEVERAL thousand dollars LESS than what the same vehicle was selling for in the middle Georgia and Atlanta areas (SEVERAL as in MANY)! After identifying myself as a veteran, AD even gave me a better deal without me asking. Thank You. AD then introduced me to Mr. Eric Liesby in Finance. Although I really did not need to speak with him as I had my own great financing set up with USAA. Boy was I surprised! Eric was able to get me even better rates thru Robins Financial Credit Union. Eric was extremely informative and able to answer any questions I had regarding warranties, finance and even helped me out with a few insurance questions. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to contact those mentioned above if you are considering purchasing a new or pre-owned car or truck. Drive A lot save a lot ! I had been looking to replace one of my trucks in and around Asheville N.C. and not having any luck with local dealers.I found Jimmy Britt 's website I had been looking to replace one of my trucks in and around Asheville N.C. and not having any luck with local dealers.I found Jimmy Britt 's website by accident and was immediately shocked at the jimmy Britt price listed on each vehicle. The discount price listed was several thousand dollar better than I could negotiate with local dealer. I called and talked to Jimmy late one evening and got a call back from Si Freeman the next morning. After several conversations with Si on a GMC 2500 Denali we were able to put a deal together over the phone. The next morning I drove four and a half hours to the dealership. Si was busy with another customer but he greeted me and turned me over to Brandon and Fabian. In three hours we had the deal finished and I met with Justin in Finance and completed the trade. I drove 200 Miles and saved over five thousand dollars over the best deal I could make in Asheville. Everyone of these folks were great to deal with and for once I didn't feel like I was being manipulated in a car dealership.
