Crooked and RUDE Went to purchase a 2016 Tahoe arrived at 9:45 in the morning. Discussed the terms of the sale and came to an agreement. My wife and myself missed an entire day of work, have marks on both of our credit and no vehicle thanks to the sales manager that apparently doesn't know how to read. More

False advertising on price We are interested in purchasing a new Malibu that was advertised online for 20k plus additional incentives. After a test drive the sales person who was awesome until this point started the negotiations at 28k. After being made aware of the online price, the dealership still refused to sell the car at the advertised price. They were very unapologetic and had zero regard for the value of their customer's time. More
