Down to earth & positive ! We went in a little overwhelmed to trading in our car that was not in the greatest of shape & that our credit wasn't the best of the best ...We origin We went in a little overwhelmed to trading in our car that was not in the greatest of shape & that our credit wasn't the best of the best ...We originally spoke with Mike, but he was with another person, so he introduced us to Eric...We loved the positive vibe we got as soon as we walked in the door of the dealership. Everyone was so friendly , down to earth & professional all at the same time. It was noticed that everyone came across that they all got along & they wanted to see everyone succeed & drive off in a new car...After a few hours of looking & waiting for approval we got the car we really wanted. It was just fantastic that they did everything in their power to help us drive away in something that was in our price range & met 100% of our needs as a growing family! If I know of anyone looking we would for sure tell them GO TO JIMMY BRITT! More

Mike McGraw was our sales person and really knew the ins and outs of the vehicles. The whole dealership gave you the feeling that they worked as a team. From the time we decided on the GMC Canyon to the point we were given over to James in Finance, the experience was smooth and really enjoyable. When was the last time you could say that about a car dealership. This dealership leaves all the others we stopped at in their wake. Would we buy again from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet? The way Jimmy Britt workers treat eachother made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and in good company!! I felt like I was at the backyard BBQ!! Great place! Unmatched staff!! Superior products!!!! We shopped at all the big city dealers over and over and over and left feeling frustrated every time. We located a truck on Truck Trader at Jimmy Britt and took the hour ride to Greensboro and left with the fine truck!!! More
