My name is Marc Van Delden. Phone number 706 318 8801. Email prestigepressureoconee@gmail.com. Dealership has given dozens of different answers to why the vehicle has not been registered in the Georgia . It has been 50 days that I have been waiting. I am already in communication with the state of Georgia Attorney General Protection Division. Dealerships Have 60 days in the state of Georgia to register a vehicle or be fined and lose dealership license. July 9 , 2023 is the 60th day. By the way the Jimmy Britt Finance Dept signed and dated on 5/10/2023 a document saying that they would register the vehicle on my behalf. This document is legal . Like I said before the dealership has given dozens of different answers to why the vehicle has not been registered with the state. I will not accept anymore explanations. This is no excuse at all. Every registration and or tag is done electronically these days.
