I bought a car in July and have had problems right off the lot. Issues that I was told wouldn’t happen because it was checked by their service department…. My review is related to JB's Customer Service . . . I have a brand new Chevy Tahoe with less than 11k miles, and the "lifters" went bad the day before I was scheduled to take three high school boys to Fl have a brand new Chevy Tahoe with less than 11k miles, and the "lifters" went bad the day before I was scheduled to take three high school boys to Florida. They explained that I would be without my car for at least a week. Chevy originally was going to give me an economy car as my rental. Teah at Jimmy Britt could see the frustration building due to the fact that I was not going to have a car as big as the car I owned to take the boys. She stepped in and saved me - she and the manager, Chuck, helped me secure a larger vehicle and assured me that Chevy would reimburse me for my costs (yes, I did have to come out of pocket for the rental, but that was out of their control). They even had a driver take me to pick up the rental, which was over an hour away. Teah stepped into a situation that really had nothing to do with her, and she was willing to find a solution. Because of her customer service, Jimmy Britt will have my business from now on. More
