I am disappointed in the first service I did at Jimmy Britt which came recommendation by one of your current customers. My service was booked for 9am I was expecting at least a phone call during the d Britt which came recommendation by one of your current customers. My service was booked for 9am I was expecting at least a phone call during the day to get some verbal report on when the car would be ready but nothing happened? I was told that there was a noisy belt that may need to be replaced at a next service. I would have expected a service call during the day that it was recommended to change the belt. Now It has to be scheduled to do it at another service date. When I arrived at 4:50pm I was told the car was not ready which is unacceptable for a vehicle scheduled for a 9am service? What If I wanted to wait for the service at the dealer? I only got the car back at 5:30 after the 5pm closing time. Not good service. Was the service put off to the bottom of the list because it is not a Chevrolet product? I only put 2 starts because the service guy was friendly. More
