Stepping Up I had service done a little over a year ago on my Chrysler 300. I was recently informed that one of the services did not get completed and there was a discrepancy in what I paid to what the Service Department showed I paid. After speaking with Andy, he took the issue to upper management. The issue was addressed and even though the issue was done through Georgia Chrysler CJDR and not Jimmy Britt CJDR. The issue was handled along with other services that were needed for my car at no extra charge to me. The Service team and Management went above and beyond what was required to correct the issue I had. More

Good experience Brendon did a good job for us working out our deal on a 2014 Silverado.
