Water pump defective as per the mechanics. Just a weird noise and they replaced the water pump. I am losing my coolant since that day. Two week ago. I was also dripping some oil, not much icy but very visible from under. They didn’t notice. Was expecting recommendations to fix but nothing. I figured they tied up a simple fix but nothing. Still dripping. Disappointed since my frost times were very satisfactory. Some employees in the service department should always be very nice just as much as a salesman that want to sell you a vehicle. My opinion. More

I had ordered a full set of tires 3 days prior to my appointment. I was inflating 3 of my tires daily before leaving the house so this was important and i only get 1 day a week to take care of these iss appointment. I was inflating 3 of my tires daily before leaving the house so this was important and i only get 1 day a week to take care of these issues. On the day, the staff said someone had failed to order my tires and they only had the more expensive brand in stock. Before I could make a decision, the sales staff offered me the much more expensive brand at the original lower quoted price. We are all human, someone made a mistake and the dealership was prepared to do the right thing to keep my custom. This shows a hig level of integrity and the reason why I will keep my patronage with Jimmy Britt. More
