Went up to get a tire ordered from warranty, they waited till the end of the day to order the tire when I was at store at 9 am. Then proceeded to tell me the tire would be there the next day , never called till the end of the day to order the tire when I was at store at 9 am. Then proceeded to tell me the tire would be there the next day , never called me had to physically go check, and guess what no tire. I was proceeded to tell me Thursday. Called Thursday no tire. So I got up first thing Friday morning and I get told my tire was delivered to the old dealership and was returned. So I got told my tire said would be here today Friday. I’ll bet a paycheck be next week before I get a tire service center sucks make the rest dealership look like crap. I waited over 3hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Appt @2:30 and didnt leave till after 5:30. I arrived at 2:15 and did not leave until after 5:30.
