From start to finish on the purchase of my new truck was great. The salesman William is down to earth great person. The finance was smooth and quick as possible. I purchased some accessories from the parts department and they were very helpful. Everyone there are great people to deal with and very polite. The only trouble I had was trying to get a hold of someone in service to get them installed. The first time I was transferred from parts and sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. The following day I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. The next day Friday I was on hold for 20 minutes again before I hung up and called back and asked for a service advisor. I finally was connected with someone to have an appointment set for Tuesday the following week. If it wasn’t for the service department I would have given a 100%. More
