Communication was Lacking To be fair, my experience with this dealership is the best I've ever dealt with! But communication was lacking in that no one calls you to update you about anything. I had just been through kidney transplant and I had to visit the dealership 9 days later to get info. Did I call first? You bet I did... response was we'll call you back...No Return Call! So I visited in person.... I would still recommend these guys in a heartbeat, very friendly and willing to accommodate me at almost every turn. Great Crew!!!! More

Service Center ROCKS Andy and Ann in the service department have been absolutely incredible. Andy is a miracle worker and very upfront about everything. I came in totally confused about some issues related to programming new keys for my Jeep. He took a lot of time listening to me and explaining things. He got prices together for me and wrote down all I needed to do. Andy and Ann made me feel like part of the family. They both have great customer service skills and they both have a great sense of humor, which relaxed me a lot. I'll admit I was tense when I first got there! I could have stayed all day talking to them!! Wonderful, caring people for sure!!! I definitely felt the love while I was there. :). More
