I was disappointed that the re-call parts for the side doors were not available and are back-ordered with no date scheduled. I even called ahead to let them know about the re-call parts. Easter hunt I went to Jimmy Vasser Toyota - Napa the moment they were locking the doors to close up but fortunately Laurence allowed us in to help us out. I gave him the description of the car I was looking for and within 5 minutes I knew which car I wanted to purchase. The next day Easter evening, again I arrived as they were closing, they let me in and the team assisted me in my car purchase. Regardless of the time, they helped me slowly and thoroughly. I even got an egg-celent discount as I wasn’t impressed with the Easter sale. Thank you Laurence and JV Toyota - Napa for all the help. Thus far the best Easter hunt! More
