Jody Wilkinson were quick to sell me a car with promises of great service, but dealing with any fixes or problems with the service department is like dealing with a bunch of monkies. The last 3 times I took of great service, but dealing with any fixes or problems with the service department is like dealing with a bunch of monkies. The last 3 times I took my car in, I scheduled a loaner (which the sales people garuanteed I would always be able to get) and found that I was not scheduled for one, and had to spend an extra 30 minutes working that out. Joey in the service dept the last time, seemed perturbed that I wanted to bring my car in, trying to convince me that i didnt have a problem, was very rude, and would not listen, thinking he could do an over the phone diagnosis of my car. I felt like hanging up. Guess thats thier ploy annoy you so much on the phone you hang up out of frustration. So guess what I called Mike Hale and recieved a completely opposite experience. Ill be taking my car there for servicing from now on, even thought hey are completely out of my way, and I have to pay for he oil changes, its worth it compared to going to Jody Wilkinson. Horrible horrible service experiences. They got nothing on Strong Audi. More
