The 2023 silverado purchase was not derailed when I pick it up( same dirt marks from 4 days prior), the salesman hands me the second key fob when I was about to leave. That key fob was held together with el it up( same dirt marks from 4 days prior), the salesman hands me the second key fob when I was about to leave. That key fob was held together with electrical tape. Then after I contact the salesman, that person said they didn’t even notice it(yeah right). I’ve purchased many vehicles from there and this is the worst customer service I’ve had. I’m almost thinking of going to another dealer when I purchase my next vehicle. More

This was our third time at Joe Basil and we won’t go anywhere else. They do not pressure you they work to find you a car within your budget. Easy peezy. I got a super super deal on the sweetest car. Exact model wanted less milage than could hope for on this just 3 yr old one owner gem.
