They lost me as a customer. They need to work on their communications. I was told my body work would take 3 days, it took them 4 weeks. Then after I kept calling them they told me it was done. BUT THEY NEEDED IT ANOTHER 4 DAYS CAUSE THEY NEEDED TO HEAR BACK FROM MY INSURANCE. (STATE FARM). They then charged over $600 for a loaner car. Felt like a scam. More
