Simple and headache free Had gone through the Geico service center due to a accident that I was rear ended in. The woman from Geico n the Peggy from Basil in the Geico center Had gone through the Geico service center due to a accident that I was rear ended in. The woman from Geico n the Peggy from Basil in the Geico center were very nice. The whole process to get my car in, to the rental, to the final end was very hassle free n smooth. The body shop kept in contact at all times with updates, I got texts with status n then when my car was finished, that was in and out also. More

They don't care how they treat customers! The dealership took advantage of me and my husband because we were old. 64 & 76 yrs. They leased us a Customer Service Vehicle by pushing us into a le The dealership took advantage of me and my husband because we were old. 64 & 76 yrs. They leased us a Customer Service Vehicle by pushing us into a lease and wouldn't let us change our mind in the 24 hrs period. They put in a non GM Remote Starter that was cheap. In a Malibu LT 2018! The Malibu still stinks of mold or cigarettes which they did a lozy job detailing the car. It took a whole day to detail and put in non GM Remote Starter. So disappointed and upset over all of this. They are all deceptive. No more Family Friends & will I send there with our GM discounts. So sad... More

Very personalable connection with a sales dealer who cares how you are doing besides just as far as the Trax is concernd ...But the Trax has issues like a high scratch rate in the inside interior cheaply designed for wear and tear ..... If you just touch across with a finger nail or a watch or wrist jewelry just causes a scratch that shows instantly. When wearing a boot 👢 or a shoe 👞 it scratches the side panels of the Lower car 🚙 door when attempting to get out when brushing against the side Lower door panel not good and scratches do not come off not happy about that .. Tells me the interior of the car was made with cheaper materials like some sort of plastic interior design that cannot take wear and tear of normal every day usage ...Not good for the cars upkeep if it keeps on scratching like it continues to do . Not happy camper with that and this is with normal wear and tear!!!!!Not good More
