Worst after sale follow up ever 7/19/17 drove 6 hours from Ohio to pick up a 2009 Corvette I put a deposit on over the phone. Emailed copies of my license, insurance card, etc. in ad 7/19/17 drove 6 hours from Ohio to pick up a 2009 Corvette I put a deposit on over the phone. Emailed copies of my license, insurance card, etc. in advance, told checkout would tale only 1 hour. Car was not ready when I arrived, took almost 3 hours & 5 staff to process my purchase. Car was advertised on internet as having certain features & being covered by Joe Basil certified warranty. Several repairs were needed, & I was told to take the car to my Ohio local dealership, & have them call Joe Basil service dept. for authorization to repair & get direct reimbursement. After several calls from my dealership to theirs, no return calls. No return calls from my salesperson, Derrick Esford. I paid for repairs myself & couldn't get a response to my email request for an owners manual & the remote garage door opener which should have come with the car, but didn't. This is very poor business practices & I would never return or recommend them. Obviously, their certified warranty is worthless if no one will return calls/emails. Very disappointing. UPDATE 8/23/17 All known after sale issues have been resolved thanks to follow up from Sales Manager Cory Wozniak. He was able to engage the appropriate people to resolve my issues, I am very grateful to Cory for his time, patience & professional follow up. More
