Took my Trailblazer in for 10,000 mile service. No appt was necessary. Arrived at 8:00am and had my oil change and tire rotation and was out before 9:00am. Everything was done well. I was charged to fix my thermostat when it was a head gasket and not the thermostat . They would not refund for the thermostat but the head gasket was under warranty. While they were fixing the head gas gasket and not the thermostat . They would not refund for the thermostat but the head gasket was under warranty. While they were fixing the head gasket they had our car for a month . They broke the egr pipe/valve. So the check engine light is on and car sounds terrible. When I called to let them know this was broken when talking to two different people they said they had no authorization to help. The one gentleman we spoke to said ah well that’s to bad .well I can have someone take a look at it. I do not trust them and will not allow them to look at it. You can see where they were well aware they broke the piece and put some type of goop on it to try to patch it instead of fixing the piece they broke. Very disappointed in there customer care and will not be returning. We did find out that we do not need to bring the car there to utilize the warranty if needed In the future. Beware do not bring your car to Joe Basil on Transit Rd!! More
