My experience seems very similar to the other negative reviews. I had an appointment with this dealer about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee on their lot. We were traveling from LA to PA when our truck broke down. We were towed to Joe Bowman Auto Plaza in Harrisonburg, VA. Although they were totally booked, they made time to diagnose the problem. Brandon and Steve worked through their lunch hour when the part came to get us back on the road!
