My experience seems very similar to the other negative reviews. I had an appointment with this dealer about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee on their lot. They refused to budge on the price despite this and even acted like they were doing me a favor by making an offer to trade in my existing vehicle. Run, don't walk away from this place. More

I did not sign any forms, and they did not say anything, but they claim the $2K is non-refundable. Its clear now, they were trying to sell me a problem vehicle sight unseen. Days later, a form came and they omitted an agreed discount. I did not sign. Days after that, bank info came for me to transfer funds. With this lag, my aim of getting the car on a weekend and using it on a family trip were both shot. Next, my bank said the bank transfer info was questionable, and advised me not to move the funds. I realized this is some cheezy corner dealer, laundering money or whatever. Bad signals - very clear. After arguing with the sales manager, I realized I could 'never' enjoy the truck- the experience was xxxx. The buying experience would have me hating the truck for the next 10 years, every time I saw it. Best to lose $2K. Avoid them - buy elsewhere. The lemon would have costed more that $2K to fix. More
