You failed my inspection for torn windshield wipers. They were torn about 1/2 inch on the ends. I would not consider it a major tear and it did not impair my vision. The statute reads • Blade Condition They were torn about 1/2 inch on the ends. I would not consider it a major tear and it did not impair my vision. The statute reads • Blade Condition: Blades must be free of major rips, tears, or severe deterioration that prevents them from cleanly wiping moisture. They tried to identify a noise in the left front wheel/tire or unknown. They checked tires, test drove it, checked with stethoscope and could not find a cause.
