I called yesterday to check on a part and was greeted by someone in the parts dept. who sounded like he was having a great day was glad to take my call. He informed me the part I inquired about was in stock someone in the parts dept. who sounded like he was having a great day was glad to take my call. From the time I arrived to the time I left all persons, including the guy in your parking lot wearing a J.B.C logoed shirt, seemed to be having a good day and were glad to have me as a customer.
