Joe Bullard has my phone number on my service record. He states he wants me to call his team as he cannot get ahold of me. If he really wants to settle this reply, he will look up my service record and call me on the number I already provided him with. Saying he his Service Manager has been unable to reach me with the information I gave them is wrong. I am quoting from the service record: “In the process of inspecting your vehicle for safety and reliability, your technician Desmond J made the following observations and recommends that you do the necessary repairs to resolve these issues.” Again it was the air cabin filter, alignment, and fuel injection with throttle clean. If he truly inspected my vehicle he would’ve noticed the cabin filter was not in need of replacing. But the technician based his judgment off my mileage, not a true inspection. Again, if his Service Manager wants to contact me, he has my correct phone number on the service receipt and the Automobile Status Report. He also made a call to my phone shortly after the original service, before writing this. This was a missed call as I was unable to answer the phone at that time.
