Both of these guys were awesome, friendly, and dedicated to getting me in the vehicle I wanted, not just making a sale. Once everything was final and Brandon was doing his last check of the vehicle he realized the FM was not working on the radio he sent it the shop for diagnostics, they were not able diagnosis the problem immediately, Brandon stated, "everything will be in working condition when you get your car. Brandon got me a loaner SUV and asked, "is this alright for you for to go home in?" Brandon assured me my vehicle would be ready the next and delivered to me , he even offered to deliver the vehicle if he was not able to get an driver! When it didn't arrive by the following weekend that went ahead and made the sell and put me in a new Cadillac while I was going to have to wait on mine. They actually offered me close to what I was wanting for my trade. Which after being totally disappointed with the Dodge dealer when they offered my husband only 60% of the trade in value for his truck after I told them I already did my research so don't offer us a ridiculous amount. Looking forward to a long term relationship with this dealer. More

Saturday morning after babysitting, I contemplated that if I made a left turn I could get bedding straw; however, if I made a right turn, I could address the vehicle dilemma. Overall, we received exemplary customer service from our Salesman Simmie, Andrew the sales manager, and Very pleased with our Joe Bullard experience. Overall, we received exemplary customer service from our Salesman Simmie, Andrew the sales manager, and the paperwork master Mr. Roosevelt. Initially, we were a bit dubious. The wait time on our initial visit was a bit lengthy. I do take into account that we showed up at lunchtime on a Friday (not the best time for expediency, anywhere). The reason I note this is that we arrived with a particular vehicle in mind, cash in hand, with a loan approval from our bank. They knew this, but we still waited 3 hours for a loan out test drive over the weekend. Most of the staff did not appear to be otherwise engaged at that time. However, when we brought the car back, we were greeted and received nothing but top-notch customer service. Their finance man Mr. Roosevelt beat our bank's APR by a solid 5 points, and sales manager Andrew and our rep Simmie made sure that everything sat well with the deal. All in all, we got a great car at the right price, and ended up financing less than we expected to. We've had excellent follow up customer service, and are very happy with our new vehicle, along with the service and maintenance contracts that are standard with Joe Bullard pre-owned transactions. Brandon was not pushy, harsh or any term normally associated with a "car salesman". He seemed so down to earth and sincere when he told us the good/bad/and ugly of each vehicle we looked at. He seemed to know just what we were looking for on this day. I will recommend him to anyone wanting to look at or purchase a new/used vehicle.
