Both of these guys were awesome, friendly, and dedicated to getting me in the vehicle I wanted, not just making a sale. Once everything was final and Brandon was doing his last check of the vehicle he realized the FM was not working on the radio he sent it the shop for diagnostics, they were not able diagnosis the problem immediately, Brandon stated, "everything will be in working condition when you get your car. Brandon got me a loaner SUV and asked, "is this alright for you for to go home in?" Brandon assured me my vehicle would be ready the next and delivered to me , he even offered to deliver the vehicle if he was not able to get an driver! When it didn't arrive by the following weekend that went ahead and made the sell and put me in a new Cadillac while I was going to have to wait on mine. They actually offered me close to what I was wanting for my trade. Which after being totally disappointed with the Dodge dealer when they offered my husband only 60% of the trade in value for his truck after I told them I already did my research so don't offer us a ridiculous amount. Looking forward to a long term relationship with this dealer. More

Saturday morning after babysitting, I contemplated that if I made a left turn I could get bedding straw; however, if I made a right turn, I could address the vehicle dilemma. Thank goodness at the last second I took the right turn and arrived at Joe Bullard Car Dealership. Many personal factors had created a profound dread, but the Bullard staff quickly allayed my fears.
