My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to commend you and your organization for the TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE that was provided to us during our recent purchase. While researching the internet for a SUV we came across your website and there was the one we were looking for, a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. Since we were located about 50 miles east of you and the Mobile river tunnel is in the way we had some concerns about my wife driving through it (she does not like tunnels) in order to get the SUV home. At that time Mr. Damos Brand stepped up any said "not a problem we will deliver it to your home", what a relief that was. Sure enough the next day Mr. Brand showed up and gave me an indoctrination of all the buttons/controls, like I started this, I am an old cranky guy and not sure about all these new gadgets and controls. I have not received service like this since the 50's and 60's, Mr. Brand went above and beyond what I was expecting and still does follow ups to ensure that everything is going well. It was a pleasant buying experience dealing with the Joe Bullard family, so if you are shopping for a vehicle I would highly recommend that you give them a shot, I am sure you will be truly satisfied with the attention to detail.
