You are treated with respect, and they make you feel needed and appreciated. I can not ever recall having a bad experience, or dealt with issues that did not get resolved in a timely and professional manner. When I purchased my first (new) vehicle from JB I was so pleases with the treatment I received that I told them they had gained a customer for life and I meant it. This is my third purchase (2015 SRX) from Joe Bullard and I still feel the same. You "GUYS" are just awesome. Mr. Nasser you are the heart beat at JB, and I am grateful for your expertise. Dean Hague is my favorite service personality to deal with at JB, but they all provide quality customer care services. Joe Bullard overall, "YOU ROCK." Way to go Ty, it is my prayer that your business continue to prosper. Great leadership! More
